The plate and frame pressure oil purifier uses the filter plate and the paper sandwiched between the frame to compress, and then to filter the lubricating oil, which mainly depends on the accuracy of the filter paper to achieve the purpose of filtering impurities. Notes to maintenance and operation of plate and frame pressure oil purifier:

1. Keep all parts of the plate and frame oil purifier clean to prevent impurities from entering.

2. Clean the filter element in the oil inlet filter regularly to avoid excessive impurities blocking the filter element and damaging the equipment.

Notes to use of oil purifier:

1. Ensure the operation safety. Do not open the wiring at will for the electrical appliances and non professionals.

2. When starting, the hydraulic quick connector of oil inlet and outlet shall be connected first. When the hydraulic quick connector is not connected, the oil inlet and outlet are closed, and the pressure will suddenly increase, so as to avoid damage to oil filter components and personal injury!

3. When the outlet pressure exceeds 0.5MPa during operation, the machine must be stopped to check whether the filter paper is blocked. Consider changing filter paper in case of blockage. Trouble analysis and removal of plate and frame oil filter

Special notes: 

when the working pressure reaches 0.5MPa in operation, stop the machine immediately to check whether the filter paper is blocked. If the filter paper is too dirty, it must be replaced before operation. When the oil cannot be fed, check whether the oil inlet and the oil inlet filter are blocked. It is recommended that filter paper and filter paper be changed frequently to ensure the best effect of oil filtration.
