Plate and frame pressure oil purifier It is a movable machine composed of filter bed, filter frame, filter plate and oil pump. The filter bed can be operated continuously to press dirty oil into the side filter under pressure. The filter consists of a complete set of alternately arranged filter plates and frames and a mechanism including a manual screw pressing device and a pressing plate.

Operating instructions for plate and frame oil purifier:

The correct rotation direction of the motor is the direction indicated by the arrow on the oil pump cover and gear pump nameplate, which cannot be reversed.

If everything is normal, the oil pump will absorb oil within a few seconds after starting up. If it still does not absorb oil within half a minute, it means that there is air leakage at the suction end of the oil pump and the oil sample valve. Stop working immediately and try again after troubleshooting to prevent the gear pump from being damaged when there is no lubricating oil.

If the pressure value indicated by the pressure gauge is very high 0.4-0.6mpa after start-up, and the oil pump has abnormal noise, it shall be shut down immediately to find out the fault for troubleshooting.
