Operation steps of vacuum oil purifier shutdown:

1. When the oil treatment is completed or the operation is stopped halfway: stop the heater first, continue to feed oil for 3-5 minutes, and then close the oil inlet valve. Close the vacuum pump and release the vacuum at the same time. When the oil drain in the vacuum tank is completed, close the oil drain pump and close the oil outlet valve.

2. Open the valve at the lower end of the cooler, and drain the residual oil or water inside. Remember to close the valve after draining for the next use.

3. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, and the machine will not be powered on (at this time, close the pipeline valve at the same time to prevent too much oil entering); if you want to start the machine, you must turn the emergency stop button clockwise, then you can open all the control buttons.
