Pressure oil purifier consists of filter bed, oil pump and oil filter. The filter plate and filter frame are lined with filter paper as a filter medium. The filter plate and the filter frame are fixed to form a separate filter chamber by the pressure of a pressure device, and the oil is compressed in the filter paper between the filter plate and the filter frame, thereby performing the filtering function.

Ⅲ. Operating instructions for plate and frame oil purifier

Before use, firstly, you must check the installation position of filter plate and filter frame of filter part, starting from this end of thrust plate, the first plate is plate, the second plate is frame, the third plate is plate, and the fourth plate is frame, and so on, so forth. The number of plates is always one more than that of frames. The plates and frames can not be installed in the opposite direction. If they are installed in the opposite direction, they will not play a filtering role. The grease applied on the plate, frame, thrust plate and compression plate must be removed, and the primary filter must be cleaned at the same time. Before commissioning, filter paper must be clamped between the plates and frames to compress the plates and frames.
