The vacuum oil purifier of insulating oil has the characteristics of small volume, light specific gravity, convenient movement, low noise, long continuous working time, stable performance and convenient operation. Working principle of vacuum oil purifier: 

The vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. The utility model is composed of a vacuum heater box, a fine filter, a capacitor, a coarse filter, a condenser, a vacuum pump, a drainage pump and a control cabinet.

Technical features: the air in the oil tank is pumped to a vacuum state. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the coarse filter through the oil inlet pipe to remove large particles, and then enters the heating tank. After heating, the oil automatically controls the balance of the oil entering the vacuum tank through the automatic floating valve. Through the rapid rotation of the nozzle blades, the heated oil is separated into half fog, and the water in the oil quickly evaporates into steam, which is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The steam entering the condenser is cooled and then returned to the raw water for discharge. 

The oil in the oil tank of the vacuum heater is discharged into the fine filter by the oil drain pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out by the oil filter paper or filter element. The whole process of quickly removing impurities, moisture and gas in the oil is completed through the vacuum oil filter, and the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet.
