The oil purification equipment has the characteristics of small volume, light specific gravity, convenient movement, low noise, long continuous working time, stable performance and convenient operation. It is an ideal equipment for power plants, power stations, substations, electrical manufacturers and industrial and mining enterprises to filter water, gas and impurities in transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil and other oils. Vacuum oil filter can be used for field filtration and oil replenishment of various oil immersed transformers, oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, turbine oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and oil-free relays. 

It can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above equipment, especially for oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers and oil-free circuit breakers. This machine can be used for field vacuum oiling, oiling and vacuum pumping of sealed oil immersed equipment. The machine can also be used for regeneration and purification of slightly deteriorated transformer oil to make its performance meet the standard of qualified oil.

Working principle of oil purification equipment: the vacuum oil filter is designed according to the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. It is composed of vacuum heating box, fine filter, condenser, coarse filter, water tank, vacuum pump, drainage pump and electrical cabinet.

The air in the tank is pumped out to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the coarse filter through the oil inlet pipe to remove large particles, and then enters the heating tank. After heating, 40~75 oil will automatically control the balance of oil entering the vacuum tank through the automatic floating valve. 

Through the rapid rotation of the jet wing, the heated oil is separated into half fog, and the water in the oil is quickly evaporated into steam, which is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The steam entering the condenser is cooled and then returned to the raw water for discharge. 

The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil drain pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out through the oil filter paper or filter element, completing the whole process of quickly removing impurities, moisture and gas in the oil by the oil purification equipment, and discharging the clean oil from the oil outlet.
