In power transmission systems, the quality of transformer oil plays a crucial role in ensuring insulation strength and long-term reliability.  However, over time, moisture ingress, oxidation, and operational stress can cause contamination in the oil—introducing water, gas, and fine particulates that compromise its performance.

The online transformer oil purifier is engineered to operate without interrupting the transformer’s service.  Connected via a bypass loop, it continuously circulates and purifies oil while the transformer remains energized, eliminating the need for shutdown.
