Economic benefits of diesel equipment for waste oil regeneration base oil

The waste lubricating oil is filtered in the early stage, and some impurities and water are removed by sedimentation and flocculation. Enter the heat exchanger, heat up and remove impurities, enter the atmospheric tower first, control the inlet and outlet temperature, enter the gasoline and diesel fractionator (under vacuum), and separate the gasoline and diesel components in the waste oil. The separated materials are reheated, and then enter the film evaporator (under high vacuum conditions).

The top gas enters the fractionating tower, where the top light oil, SN150 and SN250, and the heavy components at the bottom of the evaporator are extracted in sections, and then sent to the cooling storage system or the cracking system. The separated base oil is sent to the solvent refining process to obtain pure base oils (mainly 150SN, 250SN). The fractionated base oil is sent to the base oil blending and refining workshop.

1. Economy Benefits

1.1 The recovery rate of the base oil is mainly determined by the waste oil material quality ,collected from 4s stores will be better ,collected from marine diesel engine will be worse .

1.2 General recovery rate (suppose waste oil material without water ) :

1.2.1 Light industrial fuel oil 5～10%

1.2.2 Heavy industrial fuel oil 8～15%

1.2.3 Base oil 70～85%

1.2.4 The base oil with solvent refining technology ,it can meet  lubricant oil base oil Q/SY44-2009 HVI class 100 SN ,200SN ,350SN standard .

5.2.5 High automation and uncomplicated operation, it can operate with only 1 or 2 persons. The time for learning is about 3 to 4 days.
