Diesel special oil purification is mainly used to filter aviation fuel, kerosene, gasoline, kerosene and other oil products. Remove impurities in oil, quickly demulsify and remove water, acid and other substances. Restore the oil performance and meet the use requirements.

The oil gathering and secondary filtration system is composed of the oil gathering and secondary filtration system of Chongqing diesel engine. In the system, the oil first enters the primary filtration system. After treatment, remove large particle impurities to protect the oil pump from damage. The oil is then pumped into the secondary filtration system.

After treatment, the materials entering the coalescence chamber play the role of unique polar molecular structure. The free water and emulsified water in the oil form large water droplets after passing through the filter element and sink into the water storage tank under the action of gravity. 

Under the action of inertia, fine water molecules follow the oil into the separation filter element. The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic materials. When the oil passes through, small water molecules are blocked outside the filter element and gather with each other. Finally, they settle into the water storage tank at the lower part of the coalescence chamber due to gravity. After dehydration, the oil enters the fine filtration system to ensure that the cleanliness of the oil entering the user's oil tank meets the design standard.
