How to use the vacuum oil filter how to use the oil purifier:

1. Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes and oil circuits, connect the 380V (determined according to the actual use voltage) power supply and safety ground wire, check whether each circuit is safely connected and whether each oil circuit valve is opened, and carry out the operation procedure after preparation.

   

2. First start the cooling water pump and check whether the water circulation is normal, then jog the vacuum pump to make the oil in the vacuum pump operate normally, and then make the vacuum pump operate continuously.

3. When the vacuum degree reaches the limit, open the oil inlet valve until the oil level is seen from the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, start the oil drain pump switch to drain the oil, filter impurities, make the oil circuit circulate normally, and turn on the heater switch to reduce the water in the volatile oil.

4. If there is more water in the oil, the oil end in the vacuum cylinder will increase. At this time, the vacuum valve suitable for bleeding control must be opened and closed to make the vacuum reach the limit.

5. At this time, we need to pay attention to the response of each instrument. If the reading of the pressure gauge is greater than 0.3MPa, it indicates that the filter paper in the filter absorbs more impurities and needs to be replaced.

6. After the work is completed, open the exhaust valve according to the working principle to make the vacuum reach the normal atmospheric pressure, drain the oil in the cylinder, and discharge the remaining oil from the oil drain plug to prevent mixing with different types of oil in the next use. In winter, pay special attention to drain the water in the vacuum pump and water tank, otherwise the vacuum pump and water tank will freeze.
