1 when the machine is running, the ambient temperature should be between - 5 ~ 45 ℃.

2. At the use site, the altitude will directly affect the vacuum degree of the machine. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum (negative value).

3. When treating the oil tank of the generator set, the precipitated water at the bottom of the oil tank shall be discharged first, and then the oil pipe shall be connected, otherwise the precipitated water will enter the oil filter and cause secondary pollution.

How to use the multi-functional lubricating oil vacuum purifier? Kaiqian will introduce the steps below:

1.1. Place the multi-functional lubricating oil vacuum purifier stably, connect the power supply, connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes, check whether the external power supply is correct and whether the connected power line can meet the capacity requirements of the oil filter.

1.2. First close all valves and then start the vacuum pump. When the vacuum reaches (- 0.08 MPa), open the oil inlet valve. When the oil enters a certain oil level in the vacuum tank, open the oil outlet valve and start the oil drain pump. Before starting the oil pump, the oil outlet valve must be opened, otherwise strong pressure will be generated and unnecessary damage will be caused to the equipment. (if the oil outlet is not smooth, exhaust the air)

1.3. With the increase of vacuum degree, make the vacuum degree between -0.08 and -0.096mpa, and adjust the oil inlet

1.4. When the oil circulation is normal, turn on the heater and set the temperature to 55 ~ 65 ℃, which can also be determined according to the moisture in the oil.

1.5.  When the vacuum oil filter works for a period of time, there is no oil bubble and the oil in the observation window is transparent, it can be sampled at the sampling port for detection.
