In this way, the clear liquid flows to the liquid collecting pipe through the outlet nozzle through the internal channel of the screen, and then flows to the finished product tank through the pipeline under the pressure of the pump.

With the increase of the filtration amount of clay mixture, the thickness of filter cake layer increases, the resistance increases, and the pressure in the tank is high. Stop conveying clay mixture, and start the air compressor. Under the action of air pressure, the materials in the filter cake are gradually pressed out. After about 30 minutes, the filter cake is dried and the input air is stopped. When the pressure is 0, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator and start slag discharge.
