Introduction to industrial oil refueling trolley:

1) The appearance is simple and lively, beautiful and lightweight, reliable performance and convenient use.

2) The whole equipment is fixed and looks like a fuel dispenser in a gas station. Equipped with filling pump, filter, filling gun, flowmeter, filling quantitative digital display system and corresponding pipe fittings.

3) All hydraulic pipelines shall comply with national specifications, and hydraulic pipelines, pipe joints and other accessories shall be sealed reliably without leakage.

4) The oil suction port of the pump is equipped with coarse filter (100um). The filter element adopts stainless steel woven mesh filter element, which can be disassembled, cleaned and reused. The oil outlet of the pump is set (20um, 5um).

5) It adopts high-quality filling gun and is equipped with anti drip nozzle. The hose of the filling gun shall be resistant to oil and pressure.

6) The equipment is equipped with refueling quantitative digital display system, which is operated by the operation panel. And emergency stop button. The display screen has status display, which can display the filling amount in real time. After the filling amount is reached, it will automatically stop and give an alarm. It can display empty barrel alarm and abnormal filling alarm in real time.

7) The paint surface must be flat and bright without flowing, hanging and missing spraying. The paint color is ice white as a whole and red in some parts.
