Vacuum Oil Purifier Control Cabinet Operation Manual

All parts of the vacuum oil purifier have passed the commissioning and operation test before leaving the factory. When it is transported to the customers’ working site, it is necessary to check whether all parts are in good condition. During the operation of vacuum oil purifier, the ambient temperature shall be within the range of - 5 ~ 45 ℃. The following steps are required for the operation of vacuum oil purifier control cabinet:

1. The external wiring of the vacuum oil purifier control cabinet shall be connected to 380V alternating current (three-phase four wire) from the hole at the lower left side of the electric control cabinet, and the shell of the control cabinet shall be reliably grounded.

2. Turn on the main power switch and the power indicator on the control panel will be on.

3. The heater is divided into two groups for heating, and the temperature is adjusted freely. When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater will automatically turn off.

4. When the turbine oil purifier needs to be heated, it can only be started when the oil flow is normal.

5. After the turbine oil purifier stops running, disconnect the main power switch and lock the control cabinet door.
