2、Product composition, principle and appearance introduction

　　(1) product structure

　　The system is mainly divided into four parts, the first part is the oil pretreatment; the second part is the vacuum separation system; the third part is the product oil output system; the fourth part is the whole control system.

　　(2)principle

　　2.1.This machine is based on the principle of decompression separation, precise filtration, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying.It can remove water, impurity, free carbon, acid value, colloid and so on. After treatment, the oil can reach the national standard.

　　2.2.Compared with single-stage vacuum oil filter, this machine has added roots vacuum system, secondary high vacuum separation system, three-dimensional separation tower system and flash rapid evaporation technology. Its dehydration, degassing, impurity removal, effect is faster, more thorough, and the ultimate withstand voltage value of insulating oil is higher.It can also be used as an independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oiling of transformer equipment.

　　It has the functions of automatic oil supply, constant temperature heating, automatic stop of full oil supply pump, vacuum separation, defoaming treatment, automatic output of oil, interlock, alarm protection, etc.

　　3、 Preparation and inspection before use:

　　1.All parts of the vacuum oil filter have been tested before delivery. When they are transported to the use site, check whether they are in good condition.

　　2. the vacuum oil filter shall be placed stably. The oil inlet shall be connected to the oil drain of the unit oil tank, and the oil outlet shall be connected to the oil inlet of the unit oil tank.

　　3. connect the power supply and ground wire of the ing of the control cabinet. Connect 220V AC from the hole at the lower left side of the control cabinet, and the shell of the control cabinet shall be reliably grounded.

　　2. turn on the main power switch and the indicator light of the power cabinet on the control panel will be on.

　　3The heater can be divided into two groups for heating, and the temperature can be adjusted freely. When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the heater will turn off automatically.

　　4. when heating is necessary, wait until the oil flow is normal.

　　5. after stopping operation, disconnect the main power switch and lock the control cabinet door.

　　4、 Run operation

　　(1) Operation steps:

　　1.Place the oil filter stably, connect the power supply, and connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes.

　　2.Open the vacuum pump first. When the vacuum degree reaches (- 0.08), open the oil inlet valve. When the oil enters a certain level in the vacuum tank, start the oil pump. After the oil pump starts, open the oil outlet valve to start the oil outlet.(if the oil outlet is not smooth, exhaust the air).

　　3. with the increase of vacuum degree, the vacuum degree is between - 0.08 and - 0.096mpa, and the oil inlet quantity is adjusted.

　　4When the oil circulation is normal, turn on the heater and set the temperature at 46-60 ℃, depending on the water content in the oil.

　　5When the vacuum oil filter is working for a period of time, it can take samples at the sampling port for testing.

　　(2) Instructions:

　　1. during the operation of the machine, the ambient temperature shall be within the range of 0-45 ℃.

　　2The altitude of the site will directly affect the vacuum degree of the machine. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum (negative value).

　　3. when processing the oil tank of the generator set, the settling water at the bottom of the oil tank shall be drained before connecting the oil pipe, otherwise the settling water will enter the oil filter and cause secondary pollution.

　　(3) Shutdown:

　　1. when the oil treatment is completed or the operation is stopped halfway: stop the heater first, and then continue to feed oil for 3-5 minutes, then close the oil inlet valve.Close the vacuum pump and release the vacuum at the same time. When the oil drain in the vacuum tank is completed, close the oil drain pump and close the oil outlet valve.

　　2Open the valve at the lower end of the cooler, drain the residual oil or water inside, and close the valve for the next use.

　　3In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, and the machine will not be powered on (at this time, close the pipeline valve at the same time to prevent too much oil entering); if you want to start the machine, you must turn the emergency stop button clockwise to open all the control buttons.

　　(4) ▲ precautions

　　1. when the vacuum pump is working, pay attention to the oil indicated by the oil level indicator (the oil should be on the oil level indicator line). When there is much water in the vacuum pump oil, replace it in time.

　　2. if the accumulated water in the water reservoir is full during operation, the drain valve can be manually operated to drain water.

　　3When there is condensate on the liquid level pipe of the cooler, it shall be discharged in time (close the oil filter, release the vacuum, and then open the valve at the lower end of the cooler to drain the condensvacuum oil filter, check the power distribution cabinet, oil pump, vacuum pump, heating pipe and wiring place on the oil filter to ensure the connection is firm and the insulation is reliable.

　　4.oil pump motor, vacuum pump motor, test start and observe whether it rotates clockwise (from the motor end), otherwise, change the power supply phase.(counter clockwise rotation will seriously damage the equipment)

　　5.When oil treatment is conducted online, the oil of tate).

　　6.Pay attention to whether the vacuum pump and the corresponding operating noise are normal at any time during operation, and eliminate the abnormal immediately.

　　7.When the oil intake is insufficient, stop the machine to check whether the primary filter element and secondary filter element are blocked by impurities. If they are blocked by impurities, remove the primary filter element, secondary filter element and tertiary filter element for cleaning.

　　8.When the machine is not in use, the vacuum pump oil shall be drained and new oil shall be injected.

　5、▲ safety, maintenance and service.

　　1.This machine must be grounded.

　　2.Keep the oil filter clean to prevent sundries from entering.

　　3.For the use and maintenance of vacuum pump, please refer to the manual of vacuum pump.

　　4.Regularly drain the water in the cooling tank.

　　5.(kk-1) vacuum pump oil is used as lubricating oil of vacuum pump.

　　6.When there is no oil flow in the heater, it is not allowed to heat it by power on. Only when the oil in and out of the vacuum tank level gauge is balanced can it be heated.

　　7.If the working pressure of vacuum oil filter system reaches 0.5MPa, the oil filter core must be cleaned or replaced.

　　8. the primary filter element shall be removed and cleaned frequently to protect it from being blocked, resulting in insufficient oil inlet or high pressure.

　　9.The assembly position of parts shall be remembered in maintenance, and the fasteners shall be fastened without looseness.

　　10. during operation, the system pipes, valves and motors shall be checked at random.

　　11.Before starting the machine, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is the same as the requirements, and confirm that there is no jamming or looseness.

　　12. when operating the machine, you must read the operation manual of the machine in detail in combination with the actual object.

　　13.When the machine is stopped and not in use, the vacuum pump oil shall be drained and injected with new oil, and the oiler valve shall be opened to drain the oil.
