How to treat the oil purifier sludge ?

During using of oil purifier,some slug will produce ,so how to treat the pollutant ?

The oil purifier pollutant mainly from the following way:

1.inner remained:Cutting, welding slag,molding sand remained in the inner system during  manufacturing.

2.Inner abrasion: wear debris during Element movement friction pair ,inner surface rusted piece

3.Dust from outside:dust from oil-inlet and extension end of hydraulic cylinder piston rods

4. Contaminate during maintenance

5μm Particles is the main reason for valve stucked, blocked up the hole,pile up in the system,Particles over 15μm would blocked up the hole and accelerated components are worn down , the most reason that the valve and piston stucked were considered to be that the solid particles which closing to the valve filter and piston radial .

It’s essential to maintain the machine , the machine need regularly maintained to ensure it work normally and reduce the maintain cost, the service life can be prolonged,we must do the following things to maintenance the equipment:

1.Avoiding the possible counter rotation while starting the machine, otherwise it may lead to enter of air,and affect the filtering effect.

2.Need open the vent valve until finished inhale air.

3.If the loud sounds happen during oil pumping, coarse filtration could be stucked ,you should stop the machine in order to clean the filter element.

4.After a certain period of using,you need to disassemble it and clean because of the sludge will cumulative and make the filtering capacity lower,when the pressure higher,need regular cleaning to sure the machine use normally.

Machinery ought to be well maintained all the time so it can work long and normally
