Working principle of oil purifier vacuum system

The vacuum oil purifier is according to decompression separation, molecular adsorption ,vacuum drying , precise filtration principle .It is a separate machine ,without any auxiliary machinery ,using water saturation temperature curve and vacuum drying principle to complete three-dimensional, multi-level fast and efficient oil-water separation technology ,multistage large flux deep level precision filtration technology, the treated oil can reach the national standard .

Chongqing Kaiqian Oil Purifier vacuum separation system by using Italy micafil vacuum separation technology.The hot oil enters into the vacuum separation chamber,begin with the spiral spray and ends with the coarse mist,the water began to evaporate, the oil droplets fell to the reaction tower and operation in parabolic in the tank,and formed multi-dimensional evaporation structure in the reactor,through a short cycle,then can achieve the purpose of purification. It adopts curvilinear style three-dimensional evaporation structure, the evaporation area is enlarged and the evaporation time of the purified oil in the vacuum separation system is prolonged,greatly improve the efficiency of dehydration (free water, micro water) degassing.

Vacuum separation system : It is composed with atomization sprayer, reaction tower, separation chamber, poly fuel tank, pumping chamber,Infrared defoaming device,observation window,and liquid level device.

Spray atomizer:The oil entering the vacuum separation system is atomized and sprayed into the reactor to form a parabolic operation in the tank.

Reaction tower : Composed of multilayer sieve,the oil mist sprayed on the reaction tower forms a multilayer oil film,moisture and gas in oil as volatile as possible,greatly improve the efficiency of dehydration degassing.

Separation chamber:Between the reaction tower and the fuel tank,when the oil is running in this section, moisture, gas and oil are separated again.

Poly fuel tank :The oil is separated from water and gas, and discharged through the oil pump. 

Pumping chamber:The water vapor and residual gases which separated from reaction tower and separation chamber are extracted through the vacuum separation system.To avoid water, gas from the new solution in oil.

Anti-fuel protection device:Using Japan Omron device technology ,automatic remove the oil bubbles in oil,to achieve online operation unattended . With automatic liquid level control device(dual level control using infrared sensors ), automatic balance adjustment of oil in and out,constant oil filter system to achieve the purpose of man-machine separation.
