Vacuum ion exchange fire-resistant oil purifier is high grade vacuum ion exchange oil purifier, which especially researched and developed for phosphate ester fire-resistant. It is mainly for purifying bad phosphate ester fire-resistant oil. It can effectively remove acid, water, particles, gas and pigments from oil. According to phosphate ester fire-resistant oil characteristics, adopting stainless steel and special sealing material, to ensure good suitability between all material and phosphate ester fire-resistant without leakage and corrosion. We also adopt professional de-acidification filter, atomization separation system,flashing rapid evaporation technology, regeneration system, to make sure the oil can reach at national usage standard after filtration treatment.

Vacuum ion exchange oil purifier according to vacuum separation and precision filtration principle, adopting molecular adsorption,vacuum drying and other technologies. Through oil water saturation temperature curve multi-level efficient oil water separation technology and multi-stage big capacity deep precision filtration technology.
Ⅲ. EH-R Series Fire-resistant Vacuum/ Ion Exchange Oil Purifier Working Process
The pending treatment oil go through primary filter, and then flow into deacidification filter and electric volume resistivity purification module. Go through spiral spray atomization system, the oil become coarse vapourous condition and fall down into vacuum separation chamber. At this time, the moisture and gas begin to evaporate, oil mist form three-dimensional, multi-slice structure. After dewatering, degassing, acid removal, the oil will flow into precision filter under the action of oil pump. That is one oil filtration working cycle. The hot air and vapor which separated from vacuum separation chamber enter into condenser. Most of the water vapor condenses into water and will be stored in the water storage cabin, which will be discharged outside of the machine. The hot air in the oil will be discharged by the vacuum pump after cooling.
