Ⅰ.Transformer Oil Treatment Plant Product Structure
This system is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is oil pretreatment; the second part is vacuum separation system; the third part is the product oil output system; the fourth part is the whole machine control system.
Transformer oil treatment procedure has the functions of automatic oil supply, constant temperature heating, automatic stop of full oil supply pump, vacuum separation, defoaming treatment, automatic oil output, interlock, alarm protection and other functions.
It can monitor pressure, temperature and vacuum degree on line.
The human-machine interface is strong, the operation is simple, and the unmanned operation can be achieved during the whole process.

3.1. Dehydration, degassing and impurity removal of 110-1100KV main transformer insulation oil .
3.2. Acetylene removal of 110-1100KV main transformer insulation oil .
3.3. Vacuum drying of 110-1100KV main transformer insulation oil .
3.4. It can remove not only 100% free water and 99% dissolve water, but also 100% free gas and 98% dissolve gas.
3.5. Customized parts: PLC, frequency conversion technology, trailer and so on.
