I. Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine Usage
The transformer oil regeneration machine is designed for the purification of transformer oil and the circulation and drying of vacuum hot oil for all kinds of transformer equipment in the substation. Transformer oil regeneration plant can be dehydrated, degassed, deacetylene, deacidification value, free carbon removed, etc., and the ultimate pressure resistance value of the treated oil is higher.
In the filtration of transformer oil, vacuum degree is a key value. The higher the vacuum degree is, the better the treatment effect of transformer oil will be. Therefore, the pump we use on the transformer oil filter is different from the single-stage vacuum oil filter. Compared with the single-stage vacuum oil filter, the transformer oil purifier adds roots pump boosting system and secondary high vacuum separation system, which improves the vacuum degree, It can make the limiting vacuum degree of the equipment higher, the treatment efficiency higher, and remove the moisture, impurities and other gases in the oil.
