Ⅰ.ZL-J Series Single-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Usage
The transformer insulating oil filtration is applied to the oil purification treatment and vacuum hot oil circulation drying during the installation and maintenance of various large-scale transformer equipment. According to the principle of vacuum separation, precision filtration, spiral spray atomization separation technology, molecular adsorption and vacuum drying, the treated oil can meet the national standard.
Ⅱ. ZL-J Series Single-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine Working Process
When the hot oil enters the vacuum separation chamber and changes from spiral spray to coarse-grained mist through the distributor, the water begins to evaporate, and the oil mist falls onto the reaction tower to form a parabolic operation in the tank and a three-dimensional multi-layer evaporation structure in the reactor. The purification purpose can be achieved through a short-term cycle.
Ⅲ. ZL-J Series Single-stage transformer oil filtration plant Function
In the transformer system, the moisture content of insulating oil shall not be too high, otherwise it will affect the viscosity, cause secondary pollution of oil and affect the normal use of the transformer system. In order to use the oil more environmentally and economically, a two-stage vacuum oil purifier can be used to purify the oil through removing water,air and impurities in the oil. The evaporation tank is equipped with an automatically-activated vibration de-foaming technology to prevent oil spouting.
