Ⅰ. Water circulation vacuum unit usage
In general, the use of water ring pumps as foreline pumps is more advantageous than other vacuum pumps for chemical vacuum units. This is mainly because it can pump a large amount of condensable steam, especially when the gas ballast oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump excludes condensability. The steam capacity is not enough, or the solvent used can degrade the pump oil and affect the performance, or it is more obvious when the vacuum system does not allow oil pollution.
Ⅱ. principle of water circulation vacuum unit
Roots water circulation vacuum unit using water circulation pump as the first stage pump is more favorable than others, it overcomes the limit pressure of using single water pump (extreme pressure units have greatly improved than water circulation pump), the pumping rate is low under certain pressure, while retaining the roots pump can work quickly, has the advantages of quicker pumping speed. It is especially suitable for pumping a lot of condensable steam, especially when gas oil seal mechanical vacuum pump excludes condensable steam capacity, or the solvent used can make the pump oil deteriorate and affect the performance, or the vacuum system does not allow oil contamination. When equipped with explosion-proof motor and electrical applicances and comply with the corresponding safety rules, flammable and explosive gas can be removed.
