　　The machine is mainly used for lubricating oil, insulating oil, turbine oil, compressor oil and refrigeration oil purification, with the function of refueling and oil supplying.Can remove impurities in the oil quickly and effectively , make sure the machine unit regulating, lubrication system can work normally, and can extend the maintenance cycle of equipment.

　　2.1 Taking using of multi-level precision purify and gradually encryption technology.The first purifier by stainless steel filter element, with pre-filter 80um, removal the large particle impurities. The second filter with 25um, removal middle particle impurities, The third purifier with 1-5um, removal fine particle impurities. The filter’s flow is 1000L/min,can full satisfied the quality of oil, and remove all kinds of impurities.

　　Ⅲ. JL-A Series  Precision Oil Purifier Equipment Principle:

　　When the precision oil purifier is working, the oil go through the inlet pipe and into the strainer as its under the inner and outer pressure difference. In the processing of strainer, the large particle impurities was removed. In the semi precision filtration, the small particle impurities was removed too, In the precision filtration ,the fine impurities was removed and then the oil outlet the pipe. This is a full oil recycling process.
