Function of waste oil recovery base oil equipment

The main purpose of the waste oil recycling base oil equipment is to separate the crude base oil components with different viscosities.  

The material to remove light diesel oil is preheated through the bottom pump of the falling film evaporator tower into the first-stage molecular still.  

Since the molecule still functions effectively under high vacuum conditions, the low-viscosity component of the material is distilled out at a lower temperature. 

Under the action of the built-in condenser, the low-viscosity component of the material is distilled out.  When the gas phase is converted into the liquid phase and condensed, it will enter the light crude base oil storage tank as an intermediate of primary crude base oil.  

The higher viscosity material that is not distilled is pumped directly into the second stage molecular still.  

At a higher temperature than the previous stage, the more effective and viscous components are distilled to form the second-stage crude base oil, which is then transferred to the medium crude base oil storage tank.  

The material that cannot be distilled is pumped directly into the third stage molecular still.  The heavy base oil in the material is distilled under high vacuum and at a specific temperature, and then transferred directly into the medium base oil tank.  

Any components that cannot be distilled are discharged as residue (comprising mainly gum, additives, asphalt, etc.) into the residue storage tank.
