The maintenance methods of oil filter element are as follows:

1. Before replacement, drain the original liquid pressure oil, and check whether the oil return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element have iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If hydraulic components fail, clean the system after maintenance and troubleshooting.

2. When replacing transformer oil, all transformer oil filter elements (oil return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing.

3. Identify transformer oil grade. Hydraulic oils of different grades and brands are not mixed, which may react, deteriorate and produce flocs. It is recommended to use the oil specified by the excavator.

4. Before refueling, the oil suction filter element must be installed first. The nozzle covered by the oil suction filter element leads directly to the main pump. If impurities are introduced, the wear of the main pump will accelerate or the pump will start.

5. Add oil to the standard position. Usually, there is an oil level gauge on the hydraulic tank. Look at the level gauge. Pay attention to parking mode. Typically, all cylinders are retracted, i.e. the boom and bucket are fully extended and lowered.

6. After refueling, pay attention to the exhaust of the main pump, otherwise the whole vehicle will not operate temporarily, the main pump will make abnormal noise (air sonic boom), or the main pump will be damaged by cavitation. The exhaust method is to loosen the pipe joint on the top of the main pump directly, and then fill it directly.
