Maintenance of vacuum oil filter

After regular maintenance of the non vacuum oil filter, the oil filter can operate without fault, prolong its service life, avoid consumption and replacement costs, and avoid potential damage. Therefore, regular maintenance of the oil filter will increase its service life.

1. The motor and pump cannot work in the oil filter in the wrong direction of rotation. If the rotation direction is wrong, a large amount of air and liquid will be inhaled, which will affect the filtering effect and cause problems.

2. When the oil enters the machine, if the pump makes abnormal noise, stop the machine and check whether the pump and main filter are clean.

3. When the oil filter has been used for more than 6 months, please check the filter element and clean it, because the mechanical impurities in the oil will adhere to the filter element during long-term operation and affect the filtering effect. If not cleaned for a long time, the pressure will increase.

4. The filter element is a consumable. We need to clean and replace it regularly to ensure high-quality filtering effect and good operation of the machine.

5. Long cycle vacuum pump oil. If it is dirty, replace it. If there is little oil, please add new oil to ensure the competitive production and operation of the equipment.
