In addition to filtering the impurities in the oil and reducing the cleanliness of the oil, the vacuum oil filter can also be used for vacuum pumping and oil injection. How do we operate when it is used for vacuum pumping? Next, Kaiqian will explain to you how to use functions such as vacuum pumping and oil injection:

（1） Vacuum pumping

When vacuumizing the vacuum oil filter equipment, it is preferred to connect the air outlet of the vacuumizing equipment with the vacuum suction inlet of the oil filter, open the valve, close other external valves and start the vacuum pump. After the vacuum pump of oil filter works continuously for a certain time, the equipment can reach the vacuum state. Its vacuum can be observed from the vacuum gauge. If the enterprise with high vacuum requirements can also choose the vacuum pumping system, the professional vacuum pumping equipment such as large substation can be used in a small enclosed space with fast pumping speed and small equipment volume.

（2） Vacuum oiling

During vacuum pumping and oil injection, the new oil is generally re purified, which can achieve the effects of oil injection and purification.

The operation method is as follows:

a) Connect the oil inlet of the equipment requiring vacuum oil injection with the oil outlet of the oil filter, connect the oil inlet of the oil filter with the oil barrel, connect the vacuum oil suction port on the oil filter with the equipment requiring vacuum oil injection, and open the oil outlet valve.

b) Start the vacuum pump to vacuum the equipment. When the vacuum degree reaches the value required by the user (can be observed from the vacuum gauge), open the oil inlet valve and start the oil pump. Under the action of the oil pump, the oil is injected into the equipment.

c) When the oil level reaches a certain value, close the oil pump. In this way, the oil filter can achieve the purpose of vacuum oil injection while vacuumizing the equipment.
