1. Bacterial invasion during preparation, such as bacteria in water for preparing cutting oil.

2. Bacteria in the air enter the cutting oil.

3. The transfer of workpieces between processes will lead to the infection of lubricating oil.

4. Bad working habits of operators, such as littering.

5. Poor cleanliness of machine tools and workshops.

How to deal with deteriorated lubricating oil?

1. First, choose to use high-quality and stable lubricating oil.

2. The used lubricating oil can use the lubricating oil vacuum purification to remove the gas, impurities and water pollution in the oil, so as to purify the pollutants in the oil.

3. When in use, the proportion of concentrated liquid in lubricating oil should not be too low, otherwise it is easy to breed bacteria.

4. Since the oil used by the machine tool contains bacteria, the mixing of leaked oil and lubricating oil of the machine tool must be minimized.

5. When the pH value of lubricating oil is 8.3 ~ 9.2, bacteria are difficult to survive. New lubricating oil should be added in time to improve the pH value.

6. Keep the cutting oil clean and do not let the cutting oil contact dirty oil, food, tobacco and other dirt.

7. Replace the old oil and add new oil every 3 to 6 months. It can maintain the stability of oil products and is not easy to stink.

8. If the equipment has no filtering device, skim the oil slick regularly to remove the dirt.
