Ⅰ.TY-R 100 High Efficiency Lubricant Oil Purifier Working Principles
This plant through the precision filter, the oil purification cycle is completed, which is a pure physical purification equipment. After the oil is heated and atomized, the water begins to evaporate. Under the action of the oil pump, the oil passes through the precision filter to complete a clean oil working cycle. The steam and hot air separated from the vacuum separation chamber enter the condenser, most of the steam condenses into the water storage tank, and the hot air in the oil is discharged from the vacuum pump after cooling.
Ⅱ. The vacuum separation adopts the Italian vacuum separation technology.
The hot oil enters the vacuum separator through the distributor into a coarse-grained mist, and the water begins to evaporate. The oil mist falls on the reaction tower and forms a parabolic operation in the tank. Through short-term circulation, purification can be achieved.

3.1For oil stations and oil tanks of hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil and other systems, dehydration, degassing and impurity removal shall be carried out to improve cleanliness.
3.2 in addition to 100% free water and 99.9% dissolved water, 100% free gas and 98% dissolved gas can be removed. The treated oil can meet the national standard.
3.3 through the precision filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium is improved to das1638 - < 6, without changing the physical properties and the chemical properties of the oil, so the lubrication effect is better.
