Ⅱ. Oil pollution analysis
2.1 The moisture and the impurities will infiltrate into oil in the process of cleaning and storage, resulting in oil oxidation, oil deterioration, kerosene cleanliness reducing, oil denaturing polymerization and the macromolecules formation. Then the oil changes and then organic acid appears, thereby the mental surface will be eroded and the oil performance will be losing.
2.2 Impurities influencing the cleanliness of oil. For the traditional filtration and separation equipment, it's difficult in separating impurities from mixed oil. Our company developed the coalescence separation oil purifier combines the precision filter and efficient dehydration functions, it can remove the oil particles impurities, emulsified water and free water effectively, without damaging the quality of oil.
