9. Regularly maintain or inspect the oil filter to ensure the normal operation of the oil pump.

10. After welding with oil, gas chromatography must be carried out. If acetylene is found, use vacuum oil filter to purify transformer lubricating oil in time.

11. Regularly check the insulation of the heater to prevent damage to the heater λ function. The warm cooking regulator should be controlled at 50-60 ° C

12. When not in use, the welding gas should be placed in the specified gas storage room to prevent leakage and pollution of transformer oil.

If acetylene gas is found in the transformer oil, the vacuum degassing method is generally used to remove acetylene. If only the circulation in the transformer body is adopted, some acetylene gas will be adsorbed in the blind area of the transformer body or transformer tank.
